Template insight

I am a few weeks in to the 2nd gen low fatigue template and plan to complete this template, do a general s&c template, then run the 2nd gen powerbuilding template. I have the 2nd gen S&C template already and like training 4 days per week. Is there any benefit to using the 3 day s&c template on the new low fatigue template to break things up or just stick to the 4 day 2nd gen strength and conditioning template?

Training frequency is mostly about personal preference and logistics, i.e. how can we split up training load in a way that you can adhere to. The 3- or 4-day general s/c program would work great pending your preferences.
