I just got the notice that the next gen Low Fatigue Strength program is available. I loved the original so of course I’m interested. I’m wondering if you can provide a brief description of what’s changed (without giving away too much, of course).
Thanks!

Yep, the 2nd Generation Low Fatigue Template is now available in our store.
As far as what’s different….pretty much everything. Here’s a brief list:
This is a big-time update to the previous generation, which was released 4-years ago. Major changes include:
-
Includes Powerlifting, Powerbuilding, and General Strength/Conditioning Programs (previously powerlifting only)
-
Revised programming that is now more responsive to the individual in order to achieve the correct training load
-
Conditioning work has been massively overhauled in all templates
-
80-page eBook has swelled to over 110-pages, now including further discussion on hypertrophy, conditioning, and program design
There’s a lot more to list, but check it out for yourself and let us know what you think.

To piggy back off this thread, im currently running S&C 2 2-day template, previously had completed the beginner template and run PB1 2nd gen 4 days twice. Im loving the General S&C 2 template and im in block 2, week 3 so nearing the end. I had planned to re-run General S&C 2. I’ve made strength gains in this template, albeit modest which im happy with given the weight loss. However, im always up for something new. Would the S&C portion of this be something you’d recommend for me when I complete the current template?
Primary goal right now is weight loss, conditioning, and improving General athleticness for pickleball. Its why you recommended General S&C 2 for me. However, my long term goal remains strength in the big 3.
Thanks,
I do think the low fatigue template’s general strength and conditioning program would be well-suited for you as a next template. You could also re-run the template you already have, too. If you want to switch it up a bit, the low fatigue template would be great.
Awesome, thanks Jordan. Im looking forward to trying it out.
