General Strength and Conditioning II has a higher training load than General Strength and Conditioning I.
As far as the differences between the first and second generation of General Strength and Conditioning I, the major updates include completely changing the conditioning programming, options to include Olympic weightlifting, more pulling volume, and a major overhaul of the resistance training programming to manage training load a bit better.
A question on the theme: What does the 2-day version of Gen S&C 1 look like? I’m currently enjoying the 2-day Powerbuilding 1 template, a comparable Gen S&C version would be attractive.
