Good afternoon.
I am trying to decide between GS&C I or II and was wondering what the big difference is between GS&C I and the 3 day part of GS&C II? I have done many of your templates including Hyper I & II, Low Fatigue 3 Day, Strongman, PB1 & 2. Overall, since I am not really pursuing anything specific sports wise or competitive wise. What would be the best option to reduce training time but still stay fit and have a better training/life balance.
