General Strength & Conditioning I vs II

Good afternoon.

I am trying to decide between GS&C I or II and was wondering what the big difference is between GS&C I and the 3 day part of GS&C II? I have done many of your templates including Hyper I & II, Low Fatigue 3 Day, Strongman, PB1 & 2. Overall, since I am not really pursuing anything specific sports wise or competitive wise. What would be the best option to reduce training time but still stay fit and have a better training/life balance.

The Gen S/C II template uses a double progression, has a lower average RPE, and has more conditioning. They’re both about the same time requirement overall, though there’s more volume of conditioning and lifting in Gen S/C II. You can check out a free week of each on the app if you have an iPhone.

I’d probably opt for the 3-day GSCII template in your case.
