Just recently purchased the new General Strength and Conditioning 2 template. I’m finishing up my last week of the power building 2 template. I have rotated the last few years between the PB3, Low ISF and Hypertrophy 2 templates so I feel pretty conditioned to 4 day per week strength training. However, with the increased conditioning in the Gen S&C 2 template, should I start with the 3 or 4 day plan?

Either way would be fine, so this is mostly a decision based on time you want to spend lifting and how hard you want to push the conditioning. If you’re looking to do something “different” from the norm, I’d start with the 3x/wk and focus on the conditioning. If you want to train a bunch, 4x/wk + the conditioning will be a lot, but manageable IMO.
