Gen S&C Progression

Hi Docs,

Finishing Gen S&C 1 up and looking to maintain similar goals (get stronger in general, maintain/improve conditioning). I’d like to add a 4th day of lifting and not sure where to go next.

I’m not looking to gain weight, and I don’t compete in any barbell sports. I lift for fun, and try to get everything done in under an hour (busy job and new baby). Any template recommendations, or should I just do Gen S&at in perpetuity until something changes or progress stalls?

I think if you’re getting great results, it’d be hard to recommend you change much. If you’re just looking to switch it up, I’d probably go for Powerbuilding II or the Bodybuilding Template.
