Best Program with Rugby Training?

Hi,

I need help selecting my next template. I’m relatively new to lifting. I just finished the beginner template and I’m looking for a new routine that I can do 3-4 days a week. My main goal is to improve my conditioning/agility and strength for rugby. I play a position that focuses more on speed/agility over strength, but I need more strength to tackle the larger players.

Can you help me pick a new template? Thanks!

The 3-day general s/c II template would be great in this setting. I have a few rugby players that I’m coaching currently. It looks similar to what I’m doing with them, albeit with a number of individual tweaks.
