I have just finished the new version of the bridge and seen great results. Some of the improvements over bridge 1.0 are fantastic such as being able to track 1RM and the added GPP work. The %ages also do really well to keep RPE for back-off sets in check. Thanks for the great content you have.
I am now left with about 6 weeks before my cricket season starts and I’m considering options for a ~6 week program. I am thinking I can just redo the bridge but I wouldn’t mind a change up.
Is there a program you’d recommend for general strength/ hypertrophy/ conditioning, k****eeping in mind that I have only 6 weeks ?
