What is the difference of General Strength & Conditioning 1 and 2?
The difference between General Strength and Conditioning 1 and 2 is training load.
The General Strength and Conditioning 1 program has a lower training load than General Strength and Conditioning 2, as it was designed to suit individuals with reduced training age and/or training load needs.
This is the same setup as all of our programs, where the 1st in a series has the lowest training load. Training load goes up in every iteration of the same template series.
