Any risks involved with high white meat intake?

Hi there - I’m aware that I should limit my red meat and oily fish intake, but is there any guidance around white meat? I eat chicken pretty much every day.

I’m not sure that I would focus on limiting oily fish, however there aren’t any risks I’m aware of with eating chicken regularly. I would not focus on single dietary variables for a health-promoting diet.

I think there are guidelines for limiting mercury-containing fish like tuna to 3 servings per week.
