I’m not sure that I would focus on limiting oily fish, however there aren’t any risks I’m aware of with eating chicken regularly. I would not focus on single dietary variables for a health-promoting diet.

Thank you Jordan - I was under the impression oily fish should be limited to 3x per week, I’ve probably got this wrong though.

I think there are guidelines for limiting mercury-containing fish like tuna to 3 servings per week.
