Arm specialization

Hello I have run bodybuilding 1 and 2 several times, probably have run it for past 2 years without doing anything different in between. I think my results have slowed down. Still eating in surplus

Would like to gain 0.5in more in arms. Do you recommend I modify the bb1/2 routine to give more arm
Volume? Like maybe do 3 GPP days even in phase 3 and remove leg day? Or if too much upper body volume then remove an upper body day and do 3 GPP days for more arm volume? Or, just keep doing this and of course gains are going to be slow now but will come?

Just wanted some advice from you on what I should change since I’ve run these for a while now. I have your hypertrophy routine also but haven’t run it in 2 years.

Also, the reps are 12 and 15 for arm exercises. I can progress more on weight listed with 10 reps vs 12 and 15, but it’s better to do 12 and 15 for arm hypertrophy?

AC,

How much weight have you gained in the last 6 months?

I do not think this is a programming issue, as I suspect both would cause growth. Still, it is possible programming would need to be adjusted if everything else checks out.

Thank you for the reply. I have not gained weight which is dissapointing

I feel I can’t really eat more. I’m trying to limit foods wirh added sugar etc but maybe I should just consume a little of that to get additional calories for weight gain. There’s only so much fiber the system can handle

Understood. I do think that eating ~ 10 to 20% more than your daily energy needs to produce weight gain is going to be necessary for you to reach your physique goals. Shakes, energy dense food like peanut butter, and low fiber (but low added sugar) foods like rice products may be useful.
