Hello,

I finished block 2 of the BB2. I gained 1 lb a week, my body weight went from 193 to 200 lbs.

my arm size went down from 16 to 15.75 inches. this is very disheartening. I ate 1.07 g/lb of protein a week. sleep and recovery are good. took peri rx also.

any thoughts on why this could be? should I add more arm volume?

otherwise, I’m probably just at my genetic potential now, arm size probably won’t grow now. been trying for 2 years without any results.

I’m guessing this is mostly measurement error between the weight and the arm measurement, as it is extremely unlikely that your arms got smaller in this context. It’s also unlikely that your arms grew at all in a single block of training. I’d be looking at changes over 12-16 weeks.

If you’d like to do more arm volume, that’s cool with me. I’d start by adding 3 sets to each isolation arm exercise.
