just need to gain another inch in arms
ive done BB1 for the past year, run it 3 times in a row and now finished bb2

i feel I gained more size on bb1, or is it maybe bc bb2 is more volume and I should eat more to make up for more calories burned?

To gain this size, do you recommend I run bb1 again, or do bb2 with more calories, or, maybe I would benefit by just doing a routine in 6-8 Rep ramge and less sets to just give different stimulus to body which would result in more growth instead of doing 12 reps for the last year?

I think that either program is likely to yield a similar result, though the 4-day versions of the Bodybuilding II Template are certainly geared towards more experienced trainees. I don’t think there is an appreciable difference in energy expenditure between the two templates. That said, your diet may need some adjustment to further facilitate muscle mass gain. As long as you’re slowly gaining weight, I suspect your diet is probably adequate. If you’re not gaining weight, I do not think it’s likely you’ll ever gain an inch on your arms.

I do not think the body needs a different stimulus per se’…but I do think it needs more time. Building a lot of muscle takes years.
