Bb routine successor

I have run bodybuilding 1 two times in a row then Bb2 with good results
still want to gain another 0.5inch on my arms if possobluscle Hypertrophy is main goal
should I just do Bb2 again or after doing so much Bb routines in a row is there another one of your routines you’d recommend that could give me even better results as a change of pace from Bb? Goal is muscle hypertrophy esp arms

I think running Bodybuilding II again would be reasonable if you saw good results from that program. I do think gaining a half inch on your arms is likely to take 6-12 months depending on response and body weight management. Still, it would be hard to recommend a non-hypertrophy focused template for someone looking to prioritize muscle size. If forced to do so for a break in between bodybuilding blocks, I’d pick one of the Powerbuilding templates that fits your tranining schedule and experience.

I feel I saw better results with BB1 vs BB2?
is this bc I am just more advanced now?

or should I just run BB1 again then after finishing bb2?
