Hi Doc’s,
I’m wrapping up my second round of the Hypertrophy 1 template. It was awesome - After the first round, my big 3 went up 20lbs each! I haven’t tested for the second round yet, I’m sure there will be more gains there. Q: Can I do Bodybuilding next or can I keep running the Hypertrophy 1? Stats: 46, 5’6" male, when I started this I weighed 148, I’m now at 163, filling out nicely, but seeing I’m getting a little soft around the belly, I may start a mini cut. Currently mostly eating 160g protein, 50g fat, and 180 to 200 carbs.
