Which Template after Hypertrophy 1

I’m in week 8 of the Hypertrophy 1 program and wondering what to run after it.

Before Covid lockdown, I ran 3 blocks of 5week cycles on All Pro’s workout and the progression was ok, post lockdown, hopped on to Hypertophey 1 while staying near Maintenance Calories

Body Stats 184 lb, 174 cm, ~20.5 % BF, body shape falls between a Mesomorph and an Endomorph.

Current Lifts

  1. Squats - 248lb 1eRM
  2. Bench - 205 1eRM
  3. Deadlift - 304 1eRM. I’m running the Hypertorphey1 in a calorie deficit, so lifts are not very impressive, though I made significant improvements until week 8 in big 3. I have a hard time losing any weight due to hyperthyroidism. My goal is to shed another 15-20 lb and get close to 14-15% body fat and improve strength, meanwhile, any addition to muscle fibers is a big bonus.

Interestingly just received a BBM promotion email that Powerlifting 1 template is on sale, so just trying to figure out what’s the best route after Hypertrophy1, or just run it in cycles until I get to my desired weight/body fat%?

If you feel like you experienced good success with Hypertrophy I, I would just run it again. I would probably change out some of the exercises to introduce some variety, but otherwise run it as written.
