Could you give some suggestions on what programme would be a good choice after completing Hypertrophy 1?
I appreciate that what would be best on what to do next depends on my goals. The predictable answer to that is get stronger and increase hypertrophy
Whilst training on Hyp 1 Ive gained abou 4 lb (currently 160lb @ 5β9") which is about 0.5 lb a week but insignificant increases in 1RMs according to the analysis charts (most movements are plateaus). My waist measurement is up 0.5 inches to 32.5 inches so gained some fat but think there is some hypertrophy increase as well - though havenβt tracked that but just judged by appearance.
Im interested in the Hyp 2 template but Iβve already maxed out how much time I can spend at the gym so not an option at the moment.
Would I be better served by Powerbuilding 1 or maybe repeat Hyp 1?
Also Im not sure whether I should continue with surplus calories or switch a deficit?
