I did the bodybuilding routine (all 3 phases) and arm size went from 15.5 to 16.25 inches. I was very happy with the response. I ate in a slight surplus. I have been strength training for 8 years now (I have done heavy weight, but my main goal has been bodybuilding/aesthetics and less pure strength/power, although the 2 are connected). I would like to increase my arm size a little more. What would you recommend I do now? Is it ok to run the bodybuilding routine again for a second time, right after finishing it? Or should I do something else in between and then run it again? Can I keep running it over and over or would it not be as effective anymore after the 2nd time?
Thank you for the reply. Is there a max number of times I can repeat it? and if I stop responding to it, then what should I run to break it up?
Also, I am going to start cutting now. Waist is 38 inches, and you had said if over 37 we should cut. Do I absolutely have to eat 1.2 g/lb of protein a day in this cutting phase (using moderate deficit of 500 Cal a day), or is 0.8g/lb enough, or is 1g/lb just as good as 1.2 g/lb? is it ok to run the bodybuilding template with the cut? My arm size is 16.5 in, my goal is to preserve the muscle and arm size and try to get the waist down to 34 inches (5β11ββ height)
