At home template

Hello,
I finished “at home template” which had lasted for 2 months. However, lockdown will be going to took place again in my region which includes gyms this time.
I actually liked the template and didn’t feel like I couldn’t make any progress doing this. So, I want to continue doing it due to the restrictions of gyms. My questions are: Is this a good idea? What are the things I need to modify in this program to continue more than it is served (2 months)

Glad you enjoyed the template! You can certainly use it again, and it’s a great option since you won’t have gym access again for a bit. Since this template includes the exercise selection tab, you can pick new movement variations for this next round. You will then be able to work your way down the list of movements, picking more challenging ones as needed over the next couple of months.
