At-Home Training Template Progression

If someone ran the At-Home Training Template multiple times over the course of 8-11 months, would you suggest they follow up with the Beginner Template or perhaps skip that and do General Strength & Conditioning? Thanks.

I think if someone hasn’t been doing a lot of barbell training and wants to transition to that, they should do the Beginner Template.
