Yesterday I had to stand for 4 hours straight without moving much. After around 2 hours I started to feel discomfort / pain in my lower back. Discomfort was gone once I started walking again, but my back still feel a bit beaten up.
I didn’t experience this before I started lifting. Is this something I should be concerned about (have my back checked by MD) or is this considered normal?
It’s not bothering me that much, I would just like to find out if I am doing something wrong (with my posture, technique or other) before I end up with chronic back issues.
