Back pain - What should i do?

Hey guys, 2 weeks ago today, i went for a squat single @rpe 8 it moved amazingly but as i moved down my backdown sets i felt pain on the right side of my back (near the lat region). I skipped the last backoff set and just moved onto bench. Since then i have not been able to squat or deadlift due to the pain. The pain has significantly improved but it was still preventing me from squats or deads. 5 days after the incident, i tried squatting but when i got to 70% of my 1rm the pain got much worse and so i went home and havent squatted/deadlifted since. What should i do?
