Tweaked my back pressing overhead today. Wasn’t because of the weight. I did 185x1, then 155x6, then 145x6, and on the next set of 145 on the first or second rep tweaked it when leaning back as the bar was passing the head. The tweak was around T8 i think. Could it be my technique? Or the accumulated fatigue (didn’t get much sleep last two nights, a lot of sitting)? Something like this happened to anyone else? I am used to lumbar tweaks, but thoracic never happened to me before. I’m 34, 6’2", 230lb.
