Training/back

Just wanted to give an update and ask a few questions. So I’ve worked up to 375 for a top set of 5 so far (previous max is between (560-580). I’m not feeling any symptoms when I deadlift and they go a way for a few hours after but come back a little worse the day after deads I still have a burning/pricking/tingling sensation in my lower back and pain when I sit to long or an ache if I go into flexion. Should I still be increasing the weight or ease off?

I have a quick question for you- I have this recollection that you hired a coach. Is this the case? Are you discussing this with him?

I don’t. I don’t have the money for it because of stuff I had to pay for for college.

We have previously advised you that your back is probably fine to train, based on the evaluation you had undergone to date.

From the sounds of it, nothing has drastically changed or worsened, so there’s little basis for us to change our recommendations on this.

We have also advised you that should you desire close attention / support / guidance through the process, our rehab guys would be happy to consult with you on the matter.
