When to progress ahead

Good morning, I was wondering how much you l should increase the weight each week with my back injury and at what point should I ease off? I’ve only squatted up too 185 for 5s and pulled 275 for 5s. Squats slightly under 50 percent and deadlifts right around previous 50 percent.

Try adding 5 lbs.

I don’t know what you’re asking. You seem to be saying that you’ve been adding weight to the bar and are not experiencing pain in training. If you have pain later in the day, I don’t think taking weight off the bar is likely to do anything for that.

Sorry what I meant was should I keep increasing each week if I have no pain during the workout but throughout the rest of the day from when I wake up to when I go to bed. My symptoms haven’t really gotten better in the last 7 months is it still possible for it to heal?
