I’d like to have a gpp day where I get most of the gpp done at once can I do all of the arm work, abs and conditioning on one day or would it be better to spread that volume out over a couple of sessions?
I think you can put the trunk, arm, and some of the conditioning work on GPP days. However, I think you should do conditioning on more than 1 day per week.
So if I completed the entire weeks gpp with one day of conditioning and did the other session on a different day then that would be fine, correct?
When there’s 2x/wk conditioning, yes, that would be fine.
