In the GPP section of the 4 Day GPP Hypertrophy, it states 2x conditioning and 1x arms for example on week 1, but does not mention a frequency for the upper back/trunk. Is this to follow the same frequency as the conditioning each week or the arms?
That’s actually just fine to do it after your lifting. For some that’s the only way you know you will consistently get it done-all in one fell swoop while at the gym.
