bb2 deadlifts and gap

if we are doing back deadlifts during BB2, are regular deadlifts or deficit deadlifts better for the BB2 goals of aesthetics and hypertrophy?

for the GPP sessions (two total), do you recommend doing those on separate days from rest of training, or adding them to end of upper body or lower body days?

I think both deadlifts are equivalent, as there differences between them pretty small.

As far as the GPP work, you can do them at the end of a regular session or on separate days. They’ll work about the same.
