Beginner prescription question

Hello

Ive downloaded the BBM app… I’ve been doing deadlifts for years and want to do something different. I’ve switch squats for leg press… the options for deadlift variations are trap bar and RDLs. If I didn’t want to do trap bar or RDLs is there another exercise variation I can do?

Sumo deadlifts or stiff-legged deadlifts, but I think deadlifts and squats are likely to be fine for you in that template than leg press and whatever else you decide to do. You can do all of them within the template :slight_smile:
