Beginner Template, LISS requirements for an already active person

Hi crew,

if a person already exceedes the recommended amount of aerobic physical activity (more than 300min per week) through an active lifestyle (lots of walking, cycling, playing games, hiking, etc.) and wants to start strength training with the Beginner Template with the goals of injury prevention and health benefits, would their regular aerobic activities count towards fulfilling the LISS requirements for GPP or would you suggest they add some aditional LISS-activities as programmed in the template?

Yes, they would count!
