I am just finishing week 5 of the beginner template. I feel like I’m just starting to get the hang of the exercises I’m doing now so I’m hesitant to change everything up with new exercise selections in phase 2/week 6 next week. Is there any reason you would or would not recommend just repeating the end of phase 1/week 5 for a bit before I move on to phase 2?

Thanks for the post. I would continue on with phase 1 as long as you’re making progress - defined as an increase in e1RM every ~ 2-3 weeks - on the 1st and 2nd exercises of each training day. Once that stalls out, I’d plan on moving on!
