In the Beginners template, there are entries like this: 4 Reps @ RPE 7 (81%). What do these percentages indicate? When I put the weights that I get from using the Calculator tab into
my workout for the day the Intensity field populates. Should those two values match or be close?
Hi Roamer, I would not really worry about those. That’s an indication of a suggested percentage of your e1rm, but the higher goal there is hitting the RPE and continuing to make progress.
