Belt and warm up for bodybuilding template

Hello folks

I have two questions for the bodybuilding template.

  1. Since this template doesn’t say belt, I’m not supposed to use a belt?

  2. How many warm up sets for all the high reps(10-12) in the template? Are 1 or 2 warm ups sets okay like 3rd movements of strength templates?

  2. Whatever is necessary for you to feel adequately warmed up for the task. If 1-2 sets is enough for you, that’s fine.
