Blood Glucose Fluctuations & Energy Level?

I think I remember you mentioning that blood glucose fluctuations causing energy level fluctuations was not a real thing. Also, that blood glucose levels actually are very stable in a non-diabetic individual. So when people blame variations in energy due to their glucose levels spiking or crashing, that was bogus. Is that correct?

From everything I’ve learned recently, including all of your excellent resources, the human body is amazingly resilient to any change.

I’ve seen the blood glucose level fluctuation mentioned as a reason for low energy. I’m just looking to better understand what points are correct and incorrect. Thanks!

Basically, in an otherwise healthy individual the blood sugar fluctuations aren’t terribly large and do not correlate with perceived energy or arousal.
