Thank you doc.I was worried about the creatinine levels.Also,is it safe to train(Bridge1.0_Day_1_Week_6) one hour after the blood test?
Taking certain formulations of creatine immediately before a blood draw can sometimes affect creatinine levels ( https://startingstrength.com/article/dietary-creatine-supplements-raise-serum-creatinine-mimicking-acute-kidney-injury ), but this isn’t the case for everyone, and I don’t see why you’d be taking a peri-workout supplement right before a blood test anyway.
Yes, you can train afterwards.
