Any disadvantages to taking peri rx in the morning if you lift at night? Searched the forums and I’m guessing no, but didn’t see anything on point. Trying to limit fluid intake at night, so morning would just be easier.

Totally fine and will still work basically the same. The only ingredient in PeriRx that really needs to be taken before a workout to improve performance (and in theory, potential fitness adaptations) is caffeine.
