I’m curious if you have any suggestions for alleviating GI distress from Peri RX. I’ve had PRs using it but it gives me such stomach issues I’ve had to stop workouts short. I’ve C tried taking it over 20 min or so but the issue persists. I’m generally pretty tolerant of caffeine and creatine without similar issues. I’d like to continue because I feel like it helps from a performance standpoint and i want to support the BBM company.

I’d try taking it in half doses starting 90-min before a workout, the first half with food, then the second half 30-min before the workout. Alternatively, doing half before and half after would be reasonable too.
I’d start there and see how you do.
