I’m on my second week of the 12 wk template and am really enjoying it.
Occasionally after training I get blurry vision about one hour afterwards. I have experienced this before after training on other programs however I experience it outside of post-training.
It usually turns into a headache that goes away about 2hrs after the wonky vision starts.
Could it be low sodium? I tend to just drink water while training.
I also imagine it will go away as I adapt to the program so I’m not necessarily keen to address it, just curious.

I experience a scintillating scotoma, also called a visual migraine sometimes after lifting, and only ever after lifting. Lasts about an hour or two for me as well.
Just to give OP a possible direction for research/information.
My hypothesis is that I’m not properly cooling down after training. It tends to come on more often when I have a hot shower or a hot drink after training.
Purely anecdotal but also I find if I don’t put on too many layers of clothing after training it tends not to occur.
