Bodybuilding nausea?

Hey docs, hope you’re doing well.
I’ve been running the beginner template for more than a year and thought id change things up and run the Bodybuilding template which was my original goal.
Day 1 Today was leg day, After getting done with squats and moving on to the leg press, I started feeling mildly nauseous. Is this normal, is there anything I can do to mitigate or cure this? I generally struggle with motion sickness as well.

Hey Kirill,

I wouldn’t say that nausea is common with any sort of training, though various factors such as hydration status, recent meals, fatigue, etc. can all play roles. I would chalk this up as a weirdo experience first. If it happens again, investigating some potential causes and adjusting training may be worthwhile.

Thanks Dr Feigenbaum, it really was a weirdo first experience, since I trained 2 hours after a meal, that’s a big enough gap.
