Hey doc, hope your day has been going well,
In mid to late January I was positive for COVID for 10 days. Although my symptoms were very mild, it left me mentally foggy and tired overall.
When I was cleared to go back to the gym, I started the Beginner Temp to get back into things. The day after lifting however, I would feel the most tired and foggy. This wasn’t the case before, even when running a BBM’s 4 day template.
Any advice? I had to drop a class because I wasn’t feeling mentally sharp to take (Linear Algebra).
I saw somewhere it’s a possibility that someone experiencing “Covid Brain Fog” could experience it for the rest of their life, so I got scared and came here to ask someone more appropriate than some health website.
