Bodybuilding 2 Arm frequency question

I’m beginning Bodybuilding 2 (Block 1) and I noticed the arm work is listed under the first gpp day in the app. Are we meant to do all the arm work on 1 GPP day like the app lists or should I be doing 1 biceps and 1 triceps exercise slot on 1 day and 1 triceps and 1 biceps exercise on another GPP day? Seems odd if all the arm work is supposed to be done once per week on 1 day

Indeed this is supposed to be an “arm” day, with all the work focused on that day. You could spread it out over more days if you want, but I don’t think it’s better per se’.

Frequency is not really a big driver of muscle response outside of influencing volume. In this setup, I don’t predict drastically different amounts of volume with a single arm day vs multiple days.

Thanks for clarifying! I’m probably gonna split the arm work onto the upper days because that works better for me schedule-wise and I’ll be less likely to skip arms entirely that way lol

Just wanted to piggy-back off this because I’ve been splitting up all the GPP arms/ab stuff over my main lifting days as well. Is all of the ab work meant to be completed on the same day as well? If so, I’ll just do all the arms/ab GPP accessories in one dedicated GPP day before I hit cardio and throw in more conditioning after my main lifting sessions.

Yes, they are listed as I meant them to be completed. However, there’s plenty of flexibility here.
