Bodybuilding 1 GPP

Hi BBM,

In the BBM app, the Bodybuilding 1 program says to do all of the GPP arm/trunk exercises (6 exercises in total) twice per week. Is this correct? It seems like a lot of volume, so I want to make sure before attempting.

Hi Clint,

The conditioning work in BB I is supposed to be 1x/wk, but the individual exercises for arms and trunk should be done 1x/wk each. Looks like there’s a typo in the app I’ll have to go fix! When in doubt, double check with the Excel template and default to it.
