So I started the 4 day bodybuilding two template today and I had a set of bulgarian split squats and the instructions said to take the set to a 6/2 rpe/rir. Is this a typo or am I not understanding it probably because normally 6 rpe equates to 4 rir?
Yep, that was a typo. Should be updated in the latest version v1.4. If you can, try and re-download the template!
