Hi BBM team Just started running your powerbuilding template was just wondering if you could clear something up for me
just got to week 2 and day 1 exercise 1 it’s
6 reps @ 6
6 reps @ 7
6 reps @ 8 x1 additional set so I’m assuming that’s 2 sets
so my question is because the rpe is the same for both sets does that mean I do the exact same weight for the second set ?
