Bodybuilding template

Hey, I am starting the bodybuilding block next week and I am just wondering when it says 10 reps @8x2 does that mean every set should be @8 or is it one set @8 then repeat the weight. Because if I were to do one set at @8 with 100kg I might have to drop the load the next set.

Aim for RPE 8 on both sets.
