Updated templates.

Hey there.

I noticed that some of the templates dont use classic ramp up style except for intro weeks. If protocol is 8 reps @8 x 3 sets, should one still do 8@6, 8@7 first or is it more of an lifters own adventure to cauge that correct RPE for top set?

Either way is fine, with the goal of getting a fairly precise read on what 8 @ 8 should be in this example.
