Starting in Week 5 the template has me doing Split Squats as an accessory on day 4, which is a chest/back day. Is this correct? This is directly after me doing day 3, a leg day. The accessory I had been doing in the prior weeks was 1 arm DB row. I’m assuming this is some sort of formatting issue?

Yep, looks like a typo in the formula. It’s fixed and will be available for download first thing tomorrow AM (Monday 4.7) as version “1.7”. Thanks for the heads up!
