Tried to search but what exercise are we meant to do for this my template is showing DL , BP and Incline BP as Squat sub?
It would be helpful if we knew what template you are talking about.
If you’re referring to the 3 Day Hypertrophy template, then yes there is supposed to be a bench accessory that replaces the supplemental squat starting on week 5
The template states
*Incline-Bench Press or DB Flat bench
then
•Leg press, belt squat, SSB squat, or HBBS
Are we supposed to do both the bench accessory AND the squat accessory? (superset?)
I can’t see the last line on my copy and I can’t adjust the template. Was confused by BP as Squat sub exercise?
Mine says that from week 5 on.
From week 1 to 4 it’s only:
Leg Press or Belt Squat or SSB Squat or HBBS
Its myorep didn’t think you did them with squat?
will use leg press in its place . Cheers.
Why wouldn’t you do myoreps with squats? Did them before. It’s brutal, but you feel like a real bad-ass when you’re done.
