Just bought the bodybuilding template and just had a few questions:

If I’m on week 4 of block 1 and I stop making progress on two or more slots, should I just move onto block 2?

Let’s say I decide to run a strength block after doing block 1. After this strength block I decide to jump back into bodybuilding. Would I do block 2 or start from block 1 again?

I have chosen bent-over rows and pendlay rows as my 2 horizontal pulls. Is it ok to do one of these exercises again for my vertical pulling slot?

Because of large machine weight increments I find it hard to hit the prescribed reps sometimes. Does it really matter if I do 17 reps @ RPE 8 instead of 10 reps @ RPE 8?
