I’m about to start the Hypertrophy I template and to that end I had a couple of questions come up:

I believe I’d be happiest trying to keep the template a little more consistent - just for the first time around - to better evaluate my progress. As such, would there be any significant drawback to repeating block 1 exercises in the 2nd block?

Would it be possible to fit pull-ups into the training days as this is something I really want to improve at? If yes, how so? Quite niche, but I intend on using GPP days as Bouldering days (my main, but not only, goal is improving my physique to climb better), so doing pull-ups on days such as that would not work as it’d hurt the session itself. I’d also have to work out a way to fit in arm work but I hope to fit that in as possibly a 2nd supplemental
